Job Description:
As an Industrial Process Engineer, you’ll be a vital part of the Manufacturing Engineering team. Your primary focus will be to improve manufacturing processes by driving efficiency, enhancing quality, and promoting a lean manufacturing culture. You’ll champion data-driven decision-making, analyse machining and paint processes, and work with both internal teams and external vendors to elevate productivity.
The Industrial Process Engineer role is hands-on and strategic—you’ll be identifying opportunities through value stream mapping, FMEA studies, and process optimisation techniques, all while ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering standards are upheld and continually improved.
This is an opportunity to lead key projects that will impact the future of production, cost, and quality across the site.
Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Manufacturing or Process Engineering role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or HNC with equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
  • Strong analytical and project planning skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
