SenseAI Vision is a fast-growing, disruptive software company in the electron microscopy market. Our proprietary compressed sensing technology produces higher-quality images from less data — helping customers reduce beam damage, speed up imaging workflows & unlock better results at scale. We already have a strong pedigree with publications & customers globally, and we’re now accelerating growth in semiconductors & industrial markets.

Our software delivers real value across inline & nearline applications such as wafer inspection (e.g. EDS, CD-SEM, nanoprobe & AFM) as well as R&D environments (failure analysis, characterisation, process optimisation & product development).

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially sharp Business Development Manager to drive new direct revenue in semiconductors — owning strategic growth, building senior relationships & converting high-value opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

Identify & qualify new opportunities in the semiconductor market through market research, account mapping & outreach

Lead end-to-end new business activity: discovery, solution positioning, proposals, negotiation & close

Build & nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, partners & early adopters

Prepare & deliver compelling pitches, presentations & commercial proposals tailored to customer priorities

Negotiate commercial terms, contracts & agreements with customers & partners

Capture customer feedback & collaborate internally to refine product positioning, roadmap & go-to-market approach

Play a visible role in a high-impact startup where your work directly shapes growth

What we’re looking for

3+ years’ experience selling into the semiconductor industry (solutions-based B2B)

3+ years’ proven new business development experience with a clear track record of closing

Ideally 5+ years’ experience in electron microscopy (or closely related inspection/metrology environment)

Evidence of success with early adopter / innovation-led customers

Startup mindset: entrepreneurial, resilient, self-directed & comfortable operating at pace

Degree required; Master’s or PhD in a relevant area is a plus
