Key Responsibilities of a Project Engineer:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through to completion
  • Deliver process improvement, optimisation, and validation projects across the siteSpecify, install, and commission new automated machinery and equipment
  • Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and technical teams
  • Ensure all projects meet business objectives, quality standards, timelines, and budget
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, risk registers, and validation reports
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and capital investment plans
    Ideal Project Engineer will be:
  • Degree qualified in Engineering or Project Management (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience delivering projects in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of process engineering, automation, or continuous improvement
  • Strong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
