Our client is seeking a Project & Process Engineering Team Leader to lead and develop the process and project engineering function within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Project & Process Engineering Team Leader:


  • Lead and develop a team of process and project engineers.

  • Allocate resources to meet site and departmental goals.

  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management.

  • Own and oversee core manufacturing processes.

  • Support process engineering across all production lines.

  • Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.

  • Identify and implement new technologies and automation.

  • Lead engineering project delivery and governance.

  • Deliver projects to time, cost, and performance targets.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and safety compliance.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders.

  • Manage suppliers and external contractors.
