The Roles

We’ve got a couple of new roles in the team, Associate Engineer and Engineer I, so we are looking for people with 3+ years experience.

So, if you’re a Pilot Plant Engineer with a background in biotechnology (ideally mammalian cell culture, but other experiences are welcome) have a read of the below and see if this is something you’d like to get involved with.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll help define and optimise our processes at bench and/or pilot scale, working on cutting-edge bioprocessing challenges, developing and optimising processes at bench (250ml–3L scale) or pilot scale (50-600L+)
• Support and be actively involved in pilot-scale operations and scale-up activities
• Plan and execute complex experiments, documenting everything to a high standard
• Transfer new technologies from R&D to pilot scale
• Analyse data, prepare reports, and share insights with the team
