Our products are sold into the homecare, long-term care, retail, and e-commerce channels in more than 100 countries around the world.

“Leading the World with Innovative Healthcare Solutions that Enhance Lives”

Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving innovation and efficiency in manufacturing? We’re looking for a Process Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead transformative projects that enhance performance, reduce costs, and boost competitiveness.

About the Role
As a key change agent, you’ll coordinate and drive development initiatives across the factory, focusing on process improvement, technical support, and adherence to corporate standards. You’ll also play a vital role in product development, using CAD tools to deliver cost-effective and high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage innovation and improvement projects across the factory.
Analyse and enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Design and optimise tooling and products using CAD (SolidWorks).
Facilitate and document meetings to maintain project control and alignment.
Reduce non-value-added activities and standard times.
Conduct and participate in Process/Design FMEA.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent solutions.
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Support capital investment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of CAD software, especially SolidWorks.
Experience with ERP systems (Syspro preferred).
Minimum ONC/HNC/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
Proven project management experience.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and DMAIC methodologies.
Green/Black Belt certification is a plus.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator with the ability to influence and motivate change.
Proactive and resilient in a fast-paced factory environment.

This position offers consistent daytime hours, working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:15pm, with the added benefit of an early finish on Fridays. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a healthy work-life balance without the demands of shift work.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

We’re not sharing the salary just yet, but it’s competitive and worth talking about. What really makes us stand out is how proud our team is of the work they do. We make sure that dedication is recognised—not just with pay, but with great benefits and support.

Here’s what you can look forward to, beyond the salary:

Generous Annual Leave – 26 days to start, rising to 28 with service, plus your birthday off every year! You can also buy, sell, or carry over leave to suit your lifestyle.
Pension Scheme – Helping you plan for a secure future.
