Your New Role

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimising manufacturing processes for components such as cylinder heads, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance through continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include process Development & Optimisation, design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety, implement best practices in machining, heat treatment, and assembly operations, Data Analysis & Problem Solving. Monitor and analyse process data to identify trends and resolve operational issues and apply root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve process stability. Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and apply value engineering techniques and drive cost reduction, waste minimisation, and efficiency improvementsCross-functional Collaboration.
