Responsibilities of the role:

• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of manufacturing processes, with a focus on automation and robotics.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve product quality.
• Support the rollout of new robotic systems (e.g. FANUC, ABB) and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to deliver process solutions that scale with business growth.
