We are recruiting for a Process Engineer to join the fantastic Tarmac team based in Dunbar.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate for the Process Engineerwill be responsible for focusing on plant performance to enable the plant to achieve its health, safety, environment, quality and performance objectives.

You will also be responsible for:

Maintaining high safety standards and effectively coach and challenge others to work safely

Monitoring key process parameters, identify actions and define instructions to deal with deviations from targets.

Conducting day to day and longer-term measurements and investigations to improve performance and optimise plant operations.

Implementing systems, tools and procedures to optimise the production process.

Supporting, and where appropriate lead, multidisciplinary teams, projects, Plant Improvement Plans (PIP) and other initiatives to meet business targets.
