Operations Process Engineer

We are now looking for Operations Process Engineer to join our thriving business !

Salary: up to £31k per annum depending on direct relevant experience

Depot based: Atherstone on Stour

Development Pathway: Supply Chain, Operations Planning, CI, Operations, Logistics 

Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 7am – 4pm

Success will be measured by adopting lean thinking and its direct impact on increasing efficiency, capacity, reducing costs, improve quality and increase margin.

OPE requirements:

Qualified in Lean Manufacturing with minimum 2 years’ work experience in relevant field
Work experience within fast paced production line environment critical.
Living within commuting distance of this on premises roleSkills and Competencies:

Ability to write and effectively communicate reports, procedures, trends and data insights.
Strong communication skills developed from working directly within a demanding industry and business.
Proven problem solving analysis skills
Advanced abilities using the Microsoft package and ERP systems
Knowledge of SQL
