💰 Salary: €100,000+ (Dependent on Experience)

We are working with a leading engineering contractor who is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a major semiconductor project in Dresden, Germany.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager with experience delivering complex electrical and instrumentation projects within high-value industrial environments.

The Role:

Manage day-to-day electrical project/site operations

Coordinate project programmes, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Manage subcontractors, resources, materials, and progress reporting

Oversee quality control and ensure works meet approved standards

Lead site coordination meetings, look-ahead planning, and project reviews

Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and handover

Support health & safety compliance, permits, RAMS, and site standardsWhat We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Supervisor on large-scale projects

Strong background in electrical engineering and project delivery

Semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data centre, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred

Instrumentation & electrical project experience highly advantageous

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive project performanceThe Opportunity:
