Are you an experienced Analog or Mixed-Signal ASIC Design Leader looking to take ownership of complete chip development programmes? Do you enjoy leading high-performing engineering teams while remaining technically involved in the design of cutting-edge semiconductor technology?

The Company

We are supporting an innovative semiconductor technology business that develops advanced mixed-signal ASIC solutions for high-performance communication applications. Operating within a collaborative engineering environment, the business offers engineers the opportunity to influence product strategy, lead technical innovation and work across the full ASIC development lifecycle.

Due to continued growth and an expanding product roadmap, they are looking to appoint a Analog Design Manager to lead their Analog IC Design team.

The Role

This is a hands-on technical leadership position, responsible for managing a team of Analog and Mixed-Signal Design Engineers while overseeing the delivery of complex ASIC development projects from concept through to production.

Working closely with engineering, product and executive teams, you'll drive technical excellence, develop future ASIC roadmaps and play a key role in shaping next-generation semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Analog IC Design team
• Manage ASIC development projects
• Define technical roadmaps
• Oversee tape-out and silicon validation
• Drive design innovation and best practice
• Manage project delivery and resources
• Collaborate with global engineering teams

Requirements

• Extensive Analog/Mixed-Signal ASIC experience
• Previous engineering leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of the ASIC development lifecycle
• Experience delivering ASICs into production

Desirable Experience

• Silicon bring-up and characterisation
