Introduction - Our client is a global Tier 1 semiconductor manufacturing company, currently seeking experienced Facility Managers specializing in the following areas: HVAC, Gas & Chemical, and CSA. Strong technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and a background in managing large-scale facility systems within a semiconductor environment.

TheFacility Operation Managerwill be responsible for:

Manages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.
Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department.
Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion.
May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

TheFacility Operation Managerwill have:

At least 10 years working experience in Semiconductor industry and with over 5 years management experiece
Engineering related education background
Communicative English skills
