ENG Bauen is working in collaboration with a globally recognised company that is delivering major infrastructure and energy projects across the UK and Europe.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on the commercial aspects of large-scale projects across the Energy, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors. This role demands expertise in contract administration, cost control, and subcontractor management, with a sharp focus on risk mitigation and financial accuracy.

This is an outstanding long-term opportunity for an accomplished Quantity Surveyor who thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and is eager to make a tangible impact on industry-defining projects.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage multiple aspects of the commercial lifecycle, from cost monitoring to reporting and risk mitigation.

  • Administer NEC3/4 contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project deliverables.

  • Oversee subcontractor relationships, ensuring performance, cost control, and alignment with project objectives.

  • Support procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions and alignment with project requirements.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and clients to ensure financial objectives are met.

    The Person:

  • Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer with a strong background in major engineering, construction, or industrial projects.

  • Proven expertise in administering NEC3/4 contracts.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify cost efficiencies and risk factors.

  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, particularly with subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced project environment, ensuring financial accuracy and project success.
