Our client is a leader in their field are recruiting for a Process Engineer to join their growing team!
Process Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency and to instigate and participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Planning and executing the procurement, installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation such as operating instructions, inspection standards and PFMEAs
  • Support existing product lines and processes throughout the entire life cycle
  • Day to day support of production, troubleshooting issues with manufacturing equipment
  • Abide by and champion safe working practices when implementing new products, material processes or equipment
  • Occasional travel to visit customers or suppliers
    Process Engineer Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience with electronics & mechanical CAD design (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and statistical process techniques (Desirable)
  • Familiarity with Mil standard and design for high reliability environments (Desirable)
  • Experience of die bonding and wire bonding in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrable experience in the electronics industry, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Degree/HNC in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated organisational, planning and program skills with careful attention to detail
  • Have a strong technical bias, with strong problem-solving abilities
  • A good level of competence with MS Office applications for documentation and presenting reports
    Working Hours and Benefits:
  • Monday – Thursday: 08:00am – 16:30pm
  • Friday: 08:00am – 13:00pm
  • 25 days annual leave
