SALARY: Up to £70,000

The goal of this Controls Engineer role is to provide our industrial manufacturing / process clients with a complete controls design solution - cradle to grave responsibility (from a controls perspective) - for projects from the initial consultation with the client through to design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of the machinery and systems.  
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Controls Engineer, Systems Engineer, Electronic Design Engineer - Systems Integrator, PLC, SCADA Systems, Process Engineering
 
The core of this Controls Engineer role will be working with our client on completion of design projects for PLC, SCADA controls, industrial weighing, materials handling, process control, level monitoring, weighing and bag filling systems.
 
In addition, as our Controls Engineer, you will become involved in:
· Designing, writing PLC / SCADA code and scripts from scratch (blank sheet of paper) to meet a clients' requirements
· Supporting initial sales with controls / electronic design consultation
· Support the manufacturing process from a controls perspective
· Work with the installation and commissioning teams during the set-up process

We are open on sector background ... your experience could be from any industry.
 
That said, you MUST have a proven track record as an Industrial Controls Engineer, Systems Integration Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer or Electronic Design Engineer, working in an industrial environment.  
 
If your background is Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, Cement, Materials Handling, Warehousing, Automation, Robotics, Food, Pharmaceutical, Medical processing and production, or Packaging machinery etc. we're keen to find out more from you.
 
Any experience of complex systems and or process machinery would be an obvious bonus.

We're a highly respected specialist integrator of  PLC / SCADA systems- providing process equipment and machinery to blue chip UK customers. We are a system integrator for Rockwell Automation - supplying Allen Bradley PLC & SCADA systems.

It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services:  Systems Engineer, Controls Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer, Electrical Design Manager, Systems Integrator - PLC / SCADA systems, Rockwell, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi
