Senior Power Device Engineer

The Senior Power Device Engineer will lead multidisciplinary R&D projects focused on developing next-generation GaN-based power devices and integrated circuits. The role involves hands-on technical work from concept through to demonstrators, including simulation, design, and characterization of novel GaN ICs. The engineer will collaborate closely with experts across analog design, packaging, reliability, and operations to advance CGD’s energy-efficient semiconductor technology.

Staff FPGA Engineer
