Manufacture specialist optical devices across a production facility and university cleanroom, running wafer and chip-level processes such as photolithography, sputtering, furnace processing, dicing, polishing and inspection. Maintain production logs, quality documentation and cleanroom standards while reporting process issues and supporting continuous improvement in an advanced photonics and quantum technology setting.

Hands-on precision production and testing of small, high-tolerance electro-optic and electronic components in an Aerospace & Defence facility. Work includes micro-assembly with hand tools, microscopes and fixtures, inspection, and following detailed drawings and quality standards, with some roles in cleanroom or controlled-temperature areas.
