The role of After Sales/Service Coordinator: Will suit candidates with a passion for maintaining customer relationships and wants to work in a dynamic, fun and collaborative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Demonstrate good customer service skills with the aim of putting in place and continuing to deliver excellent after-sales service to their valued customers
Maximising opportunities to increase contract service agreements
Improve systems / procedures wherever possible to enhance customer satisfaction
Assist with co-ordinating daily service and repair visits for service engineers
Process engineers' worksheets to invoice approval stage
Produce invoices and credits for all service functions
Ensure that all parts used are sourced from correct stock location
Generate quotations for repair work from service reports provided by the service engineers
Assist with generating purchase orders and purchasing functions for the service dept where necessary
Assist with booking travel/hotels when required for the Service Manager, Team Leader and Field Service Engineers
